Like many good love stories, our fizzy fling began in a nightclub.
Duncan, was a sucker for a soft drink, but not such a fan of the soft drinks industry. The pollution, the sugar, the sweeteners, the long list of artificial ingredients… you get the gist.
So he put his chef hat on and started to brew something better in the kitchen of a community run nightclub in Dalston, East London. Healthier, but just as tasty - Dalston’s real fruit fizzy drinks were born.

Coco Cubes are a female-led, UK-based new snack that champion coconut the whole way.
Our founder, Trudy, created Coco Cubes after a fateful visit to Sri Lanka. Escaping the humdrum of UK office life, she came back determined to instill some sunshine (and coconut) into our every day.
With coconut already boasting so much delicious, free-from goodness, she worked to transform it into an amazing, snackable bite that you can simply grab and enjoy.
